We are seeking a Golang and AWS Software Engineer who thrives in building large-scale cloud platforms, enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges, and is passionate about delivering highly reliable services used by millions of customers. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform while driving engineering excellence across cloud-native, AWS-based solutions Job Description Must have skills 7+ years of backend software engineering experience. Strong commercial experience developing backend applications in Golang (Go). Deep expertise designing, building, and operating distributed systems on AWS. Experience building cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and modern architectural patterns. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, observability, and production support. Experience designing scalable, resilient, and highly available software solutions. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence engineering best practices. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a product-focused engineering mindset. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and serverless AWS architectures . Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code , including AWS CDK, Terraform, or Pulumi. Experience working within large-scale consumer platforms or high-traffic distributed systems. Experience with MySQL or other relational database technologies. Familiarity with architectural governance practices such as ADRs and RFCs. Frontend development experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks is beneficial but not essential.

Design, build, deploy, and support highly scalable customer-facing products and services. Develop robust backend services using Golang , leveraging modern software engineering best practices. Architect and implement cloud-native solutions within AWS and Kubernetes environments. Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and distributed systems that support large-scale platform operations. Drive improvements in code quality, automated testing, observability, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve system reliability. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define technical solutions and influence platform strategy. Mentor engineers and contribute to the team's technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards.
