Functional Tester Transformation Consultant

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for: * Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements * Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing for platform capabilities, including workflow, form, notification, report, data integrity, and role-based access validation * Track, document, and retest defects; support issue resolution with technical and functional teams; and maintain testing artifacts and documentation for project governance and auditability * Support requirements traceability from business needs through test coverage, execution results, and release readiness activities * Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate user acceptance testing preparation, execution, and status reporting

Required: * Bachelor's degree * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Active secret clearance * Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve * 1+ year of experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements * Experience performing functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing * Experience with system requirements gathering and test automation * Experience tracking, documenting, and retesting defects and maintaining testing artifacts and documentation

Preferred: * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Experience with ServiceNow
