Responsibilities
Position Description Group Manager, Operations Deal Management is a people manager role. The selected individual will work closely with: Operational Deal Management teams Key Field Sales and Marketing leaders and other stakeholders, including Transact Services, Partner Business Management and Field Operations Managers ODM Group Managers managing other markets Internal stakeholders across Field Operations, Business Operations and deal execution communities Our Field Operations team provides operational services that include end-to-end deal management, advisory support, deal construct guidance and the most efficient path for order-to-cash and post-sales support. The role is accountable for enabling a high-performing ODM organisation that supports sellers and field leaders through complex deal cycles, helps unblock and de-risk operational touchpoints, and enables quality, timely and compliant execution across the deal lifecycle.
