Job Description · Define sector strategy (high-rise, data center, healthcare\/commercial) and capability roadmap; align with enterprise goals and market demands. · Lead design excellence programs—audits, KPIs, benchmarks, lessons learned; reduce rework and elevate first-time-right delivery. · Approve high-risk designs (complex pump rooms, large tanks, special hazard systems—water mist, foam, clean agent); sign off redundancy topologies and resilience strategies. · Drive digital delivery and automation (model-based QA, rule-based checks, calculation libraries); champion interdisciplinary integration and model federation. · Represent the firm at industry bodies, standards committees and conferences; publish thought leadership and technical white papers. · Cultivate executive client relationships and oversee strategic bids and negotiations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical\/Civil Engineering; advanced degree preferred. 15–18+ years of experience with recognized subject-matter expertise in PHE & Fire across one or more sectors. Strategy development, governance, and client leadership capabilities; authoritative command of codes and standards.
