Theatrical PR Specialist, MGM Theatrical

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a highly organized, culturally fluent, and proactive PR specialist to support the execution of field, targeted, and social impact publicity campaigns for the studio's theatrical film slate. This role will work in close partnership with the Targeted & Field Theatrical PR executives to bring campaigns to life — managing day-to-day coordination, agency oversight, asset organization, and activation logistics across multicultural, regional, and community-based initiatives. This role is also a critical operational backbone for the team's field publicity and promotions function — supporting the planning and execution of regional press activities, screening programs, press junkets, talent PA tours, and promotional activations across markets nationwide. The ideal candidate brings both creative cultural instincts and administrative rigor in equal measure. The ideal candidate is passionate about inclusive storytelling, deeply knowledgeable about diverse audiences — particularly Latinx communities — and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment where precision, cultural fluency, and creative thinking are equally valued. Experience supporting social impact campaigns is a plus.
