To ensure a safe manufacturing environment, our Occupational Health and Safety Engineering team plays a crucial role in hazard prevention, conducting safety audits, providing training, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. The Specialist, Occupational Safety, working under general direction, is responsible for supporting and coordinating plant-wide safety processes, emergency response planning, and compliance with regulations. This role will conduct daily operations including investigations, inspections, and root cause analyses, to improve safety programs and mitigate workplace hazards. Additionally, the role will also be responsible for staying updated on safety regulations, and collaborating with teams to identify and mitigate risks, while driving continuous improvement in safety programs.
