About this role
Maximus is currently hiring Enrollment and Eligibility Team Leaders to support the Missouri Surge Support Project. This is a remote opportunity. The Team Lead will be responsible for assisting Supervisors in multiple areas, addressing system related issues, coaching and development of Enrollment Specialist, Quality Control task monitoring, addressing questions verbally and in written form, pulling reports and attendance tracking.
