TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER – BACK-OFFICE & COORDINATION LIVE WHAT YOU WILL DO We are seeking a highly organized, tech savvy and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Back-Office & Coordination team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational elements of the hiring process — covering interview scheduling, post-offer activities, and onboarding — ensuring a seamless, efficient, and compliant candidate experience across varied hiring environments. You will also challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, and leverage technology and data to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Coordination and Back-Office team, ensuring timely and consistent support for all hiring operations. Oversee and continuously optimize processes related to interview scheduling, offer generation, background verification, and hiring documentation. Serve as a subject matter expert on hiring and onboarding best practices, ensuring process adherence to relevant labour and compliance requirements. Proactively identify and remove operational bottlenecks, and improve processes and implement standardized procedures that enhance efficiency, quality and the post-offer experience Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, HR Ops, Compliance) to align systems and practices globally while maintaining necessary local adaptations. Ensure data integrity in applicant tracking and onboarding systems; partner with HRIS/IT for enhancements and reporting. Deliver training and guidance to hiring stakeholders on best practices related to operational excellence and compliance in hiring. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), providing insights and reporting to leadership.
