Senior Technical Lead-Generator Excitation Solutions

The Senior Technical Lead for Generator Excitation Solutions will be responsible for leading the design, engineering, manufacturing support, testing, and commissioning of high-current generator excitation systems for utility and industrial power generation applications. This role requires proven experience in designing static excitation system electrical and mechanical layouts in the 5,000 A to 10,000 A range, including complete excitation component sizing, bus work design, power bridge arrangement, cooling provisions, manufacturing quality processes, and system integration. The position will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from requirements review and detailed engineering through FAT, site commissioning, troubleshooting, customer handover, and complete program execution for large excitation system projects.
