The Integrated Platforms (IP) team is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to support programs for our US military and various international customers, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will guide system development and integration, supporting test development, and working closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver world class solutions. This position requires: the ability to obtain a US Government Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Security Clearance .   Onsite: This is an onsite role supporting our Largo, FL location. Sign-on Bonus Eligible What YOU will do:   Support the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation while collaborating with the customer, subcontractors, and executive leadership Play a key role in the Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing of the products you work on Identify and document test issues to support root cause analysis Influence decision-makers with recommended courses of action across complex problems Support business capture through identifying technological gaps and opportunities Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience The ability to obtain a US Government Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Security Clearance .   U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Ability to work in a multidisciplinary teams of design professionals including Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Test, Logistics and other System Engineers Practical experience in at least two of the following areas: Systems Engineering Test Engineering Software Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Experience across the Systems Engineering V with an emphasis on integration and test Experience in documenting failures and analyzing them to identify potential resolutions Qualifications We Prefer: Active and transferable U.S. Government (DoD) Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an active U.S. Government (DoD) Top Secret Clearance Experience with voice communication systems, including VoIP (Voice over IP) protocols like SIP, RTP and SRTP Familiarity with multicast networking (e.g., IGMP, PIM) for efficient data transmission in communication systems Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, UDP, and network
