What You'll Do

We're looking for a Build Programmer passionate about CI/CD, automation, and developer productivity to help build and maintain the infrastructure that powers Rocket League. You'll partner with programming, QA, production, and infrastructure teams to create reliable, scalable build systems that enable developers to ship high-quality software efficiently.

• Design, maintain, and improve build automation systems and CI/CD pipelines for large-scale game projects

• Monitor build health, troubleshoot failures, and drive root-cause analysis to improve pipeline stability

• Own and support various tools and processes owned by the Rocket League Build Programming Team

• Support software releases by ensuring build systems remain reliable and responsive during critical milestones

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and modern build automation systems

• Strong understanding of software build systems, dependency management, and release programming best practices

• Proficiency with languages such as C#, Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate development workflows

• Experience with version control systems such as Perforce or Git

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and administering Windows-based build environments; Linux experience is a plus

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability, scalability, and developer productivity
