Responsibilities： - Communicate closely with internal users and stakeholders to understand business scenarios, identify pain points, and clarify requirement scope - Participate in product planning and solution design for content safety operations platforms, including risk sensing, investigation, and RCA attribution workflows - Write clear and structured product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and supporting materials - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA, to ensure efficient implementation and alignment - Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure timely delivery of product requirements - Support product acceptance, validation, and launch readiness to ensure delivered features meet business expectations - Continuously collect feedback from users and stakeholders, and help iterate on product capabilities and user experience - Explore how LLM and multimodal/agent-based capabilities can be applied to improve product efficiency and operational effectiveness
