Officer, Cash & Trade Processing Intermediate Analyst

Produce customized transaction services reports by analyzing operational data to inform business decisions and support client deliverables. Monitor transaction workflows and investigate errors to maintain adherence to audit standards and internal control policies. Resolve transaction processing issues by applying technical expertise and conducting thorough analysis of complex operational scenarios. Coordinate with internal teams and external clients and vendors to anticipate needs and deliver accurate, timely transaction outputs. Develop and recommend operational strategies by drawing on a comprehensive understanding of how the Cash & Trade team interacts across business functions. Support the onboarding of new team members by providing day-to-day guidance and sharing knowledge of operational processes. Evaluate risk considerations in operational decision-making, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and ethical standards, and escalating control issues with transparency. Required Qualifications & Skills 2 to 5 years of experience in trade or cash operations management, with direct involvement in transaction processing or related functions. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients. Strong analytical capability, with a demonstrated ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable outcomes. Effective relationship management skills, with a track record of coordinating across teams and functions to achieve shared objectives. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Windows operating environments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
