Shift: Morning Shift Premium Amount: $1.00 Pay Rate: $29.90 - $39.45   Position Summary:  • Works as a member of the Overhaul Crew to complete mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance during planned overhauls.  The scope of work will include completing preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation and demolition of equipment as part of upgrades following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications, job hazard analysis (JHA), written safety  programs and other technical documentation. • Support as flexible labor in support of the department in areas outside of the specific role assignment. • Provide support for contract labor force in communication of and champion for site conditions to ensure contractors perform work to within our site conditions requirements for safety and non- interference with production operations. • Support teams such as safety, RCFA, Lean, TPM, HPWT and similar. Strives for optimal balance between cost of equipment maintenance and equipment reliability.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  • Perform equipment preventative maintenance activities.  • Disassemble and reassemble machines assemblies and sub-assemblies to perform repairs.  • Ensures equipment is repaired in accordance with specifications such as alignment specifications, lubrication cycles, tensions of belts and chains and wear tolerances of various assemblies.  • Replace broken or defective machine and equipment parts.  • Troubleshoot machines and equipment breakdowns to diagnose mechanical problems.   • Support all requirements of SAP PM for work order maintenance (creation of notifications, confirmation, and closure) and labor tracking to enable gathering and evaluation of data by continuous improvement teams.  • Provide startup support to lines when restarting from planned downtime events such as overhauls and die cleanings.  • Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications

• Mechanical Experience Preferred.  Relevant Military training or work experience will be considered in lieu of education.   • 3 - 5 years industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment preferred  • Experience with extrusion lines, slitters, presses, laminators and material handling systems preferred.  • Mechanical, pneumatic and preventative maintenance experience  • Ability to make precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, pi-tapes etc.  • Basic understanding of machining processes such as lathe, milling, surface grinding, gear and keyway cutting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and ability to use general machinist handbooks.    • Use of basic hand tools and power tools    Other Requirements:  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems  • Computer knowledge and 1-2 years of Windows applications and SAP transactions experience preferred.  • Flexible work
