As Director of Capital Markets and FX, reporting to the Treasurer, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's capital markets and foreign exchange activities. You will be primarily responsible for developing strategies for debt financing, foreign exchange, investments, liquidity management, and optimizing the company's capital structure to support ongoing operations and future growth. This is a hybrid role located in either our San Jose, CA office and the ideal candidate will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week. Job Requirements Develop and implement strategies for managing the company's capital structure, including debt financing, commercial paper and revolver, while optimizing investments and liquidity management to support ongoing operations and future growth. Develop and execute foreign exchange strategies, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Net Investment Hedging programs, to mitigate currency risk and protect the company’s financial performance across global operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and forecast foreign exchange exposure, analyze market trends, and provide insights on the performance of FX hedging programs to senior leadership. Develop and execute capital return strategies, and oversee capital return program in accordance with executive guidance; manage team in executing share repurchase and dividend programs.
