We are now expanding our team within Dermatology and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to cover Stockholm/North (thus, a suitable residential area is Stockholm and its surroundings).
Job Description
As Account Manager within Immunology, you will manage the assigned territory and targeted accounts focusing on our products for Dermatology. Your primary task is to collaborate and build strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals in both public and private clinics. You will work to secure short- and long-term sales performance, always placing the patient in the centre in accordance with AbbVie’s values and guiding principles. You will be responsible for all commercial planning and activities in the defined territory (Stockholm-Mälarregionen-norra Sverige) to grow the dermatology business and establish strong leadership for our products. You are a part of the cross-functional In-Field Team consisting of Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Public- and External Affairs among other functions. You will in close collaboration with your peers drive and execute brand strategies, implement tactics, drive sales performance, and set strong account plans. This position reports to the Sales Manager – Dermatology/Immunology.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience. Preferably, you have experience selling specialty pharmaceutical products to hospitals and private clinics. Alternatively, you have experience in OTC sales to pharmacies or primary care providers. Experience/Knowledge: Degree in Healthcare, Business and/or Scientific Experience and track record from sales position as described above Knowledge of Swedish Healthcare system (organization, funding, regulation etc) Prior experience driving strategic project towards the health care sector Fluency in Swedish and strong command of English Valid driver's license and comfortable with travel components of the position. Experience and interest in digital communication channels to ensure continuous and interactive customer interaction Therapeutical area knowledge in Dermatology is an advantage but not a requirement. You are a certified medical sales representative (LIF) We attach great importance to your personal qualities.
