Designs and implements development training programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and teams to increase organization productivity and customer satisfaction. Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance. Facilitates design and implementation of reengineering and/or reorganization efforts. Advises on team design and performance. Provides development, coaching and training managers on leadership skills. Additionally, this role:

Conducts comprehensive organizational assessments (skill ‑ gap analyses, competency mapping, and future ‑ state workforce modeling) to inform L&D strategy. Develops and maintain a forward ‑ looking learning roadmap that aligns with production ‑ capacity forecasts, technology upgrades, and safety ‑ performance targets. Designs, delivers, and evaluates data ‑ driven learning solutions; use LMS analytics, OEE, defect ‑ rate, and labor ‑ productivity metrics to quantify impact and iterate programs. Partners with senior production leaders to translate assessment insights into actionable training initiatives and measurable ROI reports. Supports assigned business units as a dedicated Learning Partner. Must Have

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 8 year of relevant professional experience

One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:

NNS Apprentice School graduate Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience Nice to Have
