Policy Manager, Data Center Community Engagement

Meta is seeking a senior, experienced individual to join our data center community development team. This role will serve as the bridge between our policy, communications, and community engagement functions — partnering with site selection, operations, communications, public policy, and sustainability teams to advance community development initiatives and maintain critical stakeholder relationships across Meta's data center regions nationwide. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise at the intersection of policy and communications, with the ability to own and drive multi-market engagement strategies with significant autonomy.
