Infrastructure Financial Analysis Senior Associate

JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management Finance and Business Management has a new opening for a Financial Manager. This position will report directly to the head of planning & analysis for Asset & Wealth Management Technology & Data and will support the Asset & Wealth Management technology team. Asset and Wealth Management Technology Finance is an integral part of a larger Finance and Business Management organization that supports the CIO and respective organization within the Asset & Wealth Management Line of Business at JPMorgan Chase & Co. As an associate within the Asset & Wealth Management Technology Finance & Business Management (F&BM) infrastructure team, you will provide comprehensive financial and strategic support to key stakeholders across program management, tooling development, data modeling and analytics, budgeting and forecasting, cloud rate and usage optimization, data and artificial intelligence (AI) spend analysis, objectives and key results (OKR) and key performance indicator (KPI) measurement and reporting, and the Asset & Wealth Management FinOps community and communications. You will partner with cloud practitioners in both technical and non-technical functions and collaborate with Global Technology and Asset & Wealth Management Technology and Infrastructure Finance & Business Management teams, as well as key product line stakeholders, to deliver near real-time visibility into cloud spend reporting and analysis, business insights, cloud cost optimization opportunities, and data-promoten storytelling to all levels of the organization with clear cost and action ownership. You will serve as a change agent, developing innovative approaches to help senior management execute the Asset & Wealth Management hybrid public cloud strategy and FinOps transformation. This role requires strong analytical skills, compelling presentation capabilities, technical proficiency, flexibility to manage multiple deliverables, and the ability to recommend and influence meaningful change.

Analyze financials to understand business drivers and identify opportunities to improve Analyze and/or produce various monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial and management reporting deliverables; creation and dissemination of ad-hoc reports as directed by senior management Manage cloud demand planning & forecast, monthly cloud billing/allocation, and Cloud EMR in cooperation with accounting, finance, and technical owners Create meaningful insights and dashboard from large cloud cost/usage dataset for spend pattern, OKR reporting, benchmark, and executive review presentation. Monitor cloud consumption at the various level to detect, analyze, and inform anomalies or budget variance. Support stakeholders in understanding their cloud spend based on their application and infrastructure modernization roadmap, budget funding, and significant program forecast Collaborate with GT FinOps teams in tracking cost optimization identified and action status / results Lead internal reviews and assessments across the organization to determine business and financial choices Collaborate with functional partners including Business Management, Global Technology, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 3+ year of experience in financial planning & analysis, forecasting/modeling, business intelligence / strategy, data or risk analysis, or internal/external reporting, or similar functions. Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Data Analysis, MIS, CS or related discipline Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks Query, SQL or similar tools Ability to perform data mining, data analytics, financial/operation reporting, data-driven story-telling and executive summary end-to-end Ability to juggle multiple activities simultaneously with strategic prioritization of top deliverables under pressure Ability to collaborate and cooperate with various
