In the HPE Hybrid Cloud , we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. What you will do
Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Leading the design of end-to-end AI driven products/solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, efficient, and integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, software developers) to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions and defining the overall AI roadmap and strategy. Leads the identification, evaluation, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies, innovations, and strategic partnerships to drive growth and competitiveness. Drives developing and implementing robust methodologies, standards, and best practices for software systems design, development, and integration. Leverages recognized domain expertise and experience to influence decisions. Collaborates with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value and impact. Champion a culture of continuous innovation, thought leadership, and excellence in software systems design and help build technical community. Provides strategic guidance and mentorship to senior technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high-performance outcomes. Analyzes science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. What you need to bring:
Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or closely related quantitative discipline. Typically, 15-20 years’ experience. Knowledge and Skills: Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing
