POSITION
DESCRIPTION: Provide technical, educational, operational and sales support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives . CR M seeks collaborative candidates who will meet our customer expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products, processes, and systems by being accountable, having a voice and acting promptly . This role supports the Baltimore territory and requires candidates to reside within the assigned area and travel regularly to customer accounts. Clinical Specialists must be available to support urgent customer needs and participate in weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours coverage as business needs require. A valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards are required . Coordinate operational support by ensuring accurate patient documentation, managing inventory and equipment resources, maintaining programmer software, and assisting with daily coverage logistics to meet customer and business needs. Educate physicians, hospital staff, office personnel, and field team members on CRM products, therapies, and solutions, while supporting the onboarding and development of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives. Collaborate with sales leadership and field partners to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and the value of Medtronic CRM products and solutions. Identify customer opportunities, support purchase order activities, monitor competitive trends, and provide actionable feedback to help achieve sales objectives . Maintain technical expertise by staying current on new CRM products, therapies, solutions, and patient management offerings to effectively support customers and clinical outcomes.
