Amazon Robotics (AR) seeks a talented and motivated Supply Chain Technical Program Manager to join the Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) team. This role owns supply chain program management spanning New Product Introduction (NPI), Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, and Trade Compliance. The Program Manager will drive cross-functional alignment across these pillars, building and executing capability frameworks, managing medium to large-scale system implementations, and delivering operational excellence at scale. The Program Manager will lead programs that connect supply chain operations with enterprise technology platforms including Oracle ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis planning, Teamcenter PLM, and Ariba Supplier Collaboration. This is a large-scope, high-visibility role requiring strong executive presence, deep supply chain domain expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving supply chain transformation, bring strong operational knowledge in supply chain combined with deep domain expertise in supply chain business processes and systems, and possess the leadership skills to align diverse stakeholders from engineering through supply chain operational teams and partner with IT in delivering committed programs scope on time and in budget. Key job responsibilities • Own the end-to-end supply chain program management with scope spanning NPI, Plan, Source, Procure, Order Management, Logistics, and Trade Compliance functions. • Lead requirements design, business process mapping, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions across enterprise systems including Oracle ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, Teamcenter PLM, and Ariba supplier collaboration. • Drive cross-functional coordination between supply chain operations, IT, engineering, product management, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions. • Prepare and facilitate business requirements documents, architectural blueprints, and investment business cases with quantitative ROI models. • Utilize strong business and technical judgment to inform stakeholders of technology and business trade-offs; understand system limitations, scaling factors, and architectural decisions. • Simplify concurrent project delivery including development and testing processes for programs that cross team and organizational boundaries.
