Director of Clinical/Social Services MUST HAVE availability to attend an 8- business day Orientation from 8a-4p without interruptions. Exempt | Master's Degree, AL Licensure, & 3+ years of case and staff management/supervisory experience are Required! Experience overseeing Social Work Interns, favorable. The Director of Clinical Services coordinates and supervises clinical management, social work, therapy and case management services for the facility (Acute, Residential, and Group Homes). This person manages Social Workers and Therapists, including the Activity therapy department, under general direction of the Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director.
