Answer incoming service calls, emails, and text inquiries Schedule and confirm service appointments Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and recommended maintenance Communicate effectively with service advisors and management Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and service retention efforts Deliver a professional and friendly experience with every customer interaction What You'll Bring Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus Total Rewards The (Hourly / Salary) Wage for this position is $16 per hour Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
