A Day in the Life Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy & Execution: Independently responsible for the annual market plan and long-term development strategy for product lines, formulating practical marketing mix strategies, driving efficient regional execution, and achieving sustainable business growth. Product Lifecycle Management: continuously optimize product portfolios, and enhance market competitiveness. Academic Promotion & Customer Insight: Conduct in-depth analysis of the operating room and surgical field market environment, maintain and expand relationship with KOLs and OR head nurses, identify unmet clinical needs, and drive product improvements and innovative solution development. Cross-functional Collaboration: Closely partner with Sales, Clinical, and other cross-functional teams to support market strategy execution and commercial conversion, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with solid marketing expertise. Proven experience in independently managing product lines, with the ability to conduct market analysis, formulate strategies, and drive project execution independently. Preferred: Experience in product management within the surgical field, especially in sutures, would management, or dressing consumable. Familiarity with operating room workflows and a deep understanding of the decision-making chain of target customers, including OR head nurses and chief surgeons. Good written English skills, spoken English sufficient for daily work communication. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line. Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience. Determines the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements. Develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle. Works with other functions to finalize product specifications. Provides advertising with core brand equity. Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.
