Job Title: Product Manager, Operations Transformation Platforms, AVP Location: Bangalore, India Role Description Enabling scalable, client‑focused operational services through email process optimisation. We are seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Product Manager to support the delivery and evolution of a strategic operations platform focused on optimising email‑driven workflows. The platform is designed to transform how high‑volume, client‑initiated requests received via email are managed, prioritised, and resolved across Operations teams. The role is positioned for a senior individual contributor who brings strong execution capability, sound judgement, and experience delivering complex change across Operations and Technology in a regulated environment. Your Contribution You will play a key role in delivering tangible outcomes within a broader operations transformation agenda, with a particular focus on modernising email‑based operational processes. This involves owning defined product workstreams, driving high‑quality requirements, and ensuring disciplined execution across the delivery lifecycle. The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, with accountability for shaping, validating, and implementing changes that improve the efficiency, scalability, and transparency of email‑driven operational work. You will work closely with Technology and Operations partners to ensure initiatives progress predictably from concept through to stable production adoption. Translate strategic objectives into clear, executable delivery plans, actively managing dependencies, risks, and delivery trade‑offs.
Requirements
Definition & Scope Control: Lead the development, review, and approval of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria prior to build. Act as a quality gate to ensure scope is clearly defined, testable, and suitable for operational use, limiting late rework or ambiguity. Testing, Release & Adoption : Support testing and release activities across multiple environments, ensuring changes are production‑ready and supported by appropriate documentation and communication. Participate in early‑life support and adoption to ensure stable outcomes. Operational Oversight & Issue Resolution : Work closely with Technology and Operations teams to support the prioritisation and resolution of production issues. Maintain visibility of known issues and contribute to continuous improvement of platform stability and operational performance. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a day‑to‑day partner for stakeholders across Operations and Technology. Provide clear, structured updates on delivery progress, risks, and decisions, enabling effective alignment without requiring senior escalation. Your skills and experience Has experience delivering products, platforms, or complex change initiatives within financial services or another regulated, high‑volume environment Has exposure to optimising or transforming email‑based or case‑driven operational processes Operates comfortably with end‑to‑end delivery responsibility within an agreed strategic framework Brings a structured and disciplined approach to requirements definition and
