Who We're Looking For: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach. A motivated, competitive mindset and the drive to achieve individual and team sales goals. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with urgency, organization and attention to detail. Basic computer and CRM skills with the ability to accurately document customer information and follow-up activity. Comfort reviewing pricing, payments and other basic sales-related calculations. A team-oriented attitude with the willingness to learn, accept coaching and continuously improve. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Welcome customers, identify their needs and provide professional vehicle presentations, walkarounds and demonstration drives. Guide customers through a smooth, transparent sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery and introduction to the Service team. Build new business by prospecting, scheduling appointments and consistently following up with sold and unsold customers through the CRM. Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, incentives and manufacturer programs through daily training and sales meetings. Keep customer information and activity accurately documented while following the dealership’s daily sales process and work plan. Mentor and train assigned Sales Representatives on product knowledge, customer communication, CRM activity and dealership sales processes. Track trainee progress, communicate with program leadership and complete required mentor training and monthly reporting.
