The Marketing Science team at Snap helps advertisers maximize ROI on Snap’s advertising platform through advanced measurement and analytics. We enable our Sales teams to be quantitatively driven, consultative partners to advertisers through training, tooling, and measurement best practices, and we partner closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Sales to ensure Snap’s ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric. We’re looking for a Staff Marketing Scientist to join our Measurement Team in Singapore. In this role, you will support the regional sales leadership and advertisers across both Australia and India. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-cultural environment and be able to partner effectively with stakeholders across both markets. What you’ll do: Own the measurement strategy, operations, goals, and learning plans for key measurement partners or large customer verticals. Drive performance improvement across key measurement partners and advertisers through learning agenda development, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy solution prototyping. Partner closely with Sales leadership across Australia and India to evaluate, position, and improve Snap’s ad products using causal and observational measurement frameworks. Work effectively across cultures to support Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in both Australia and India. Lead quarterly business reviews, highlighting industry trends, measurement adoption, learning progress, and relevant requests for extended measurement leadership and cross-functional teams. Lead measurement operations across first-party and third-party measurement solutions. Drive market- and country-level performance meta-analyses, ads efficacy research, and the development of playbooks grounded in rigorous scientific analysis. Build measurement fluency and capability across your team, Sales, and other cross-functional partners. Serve as the day-to-day trusted measurement consultant for key strategic advertiser relationships. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Deep understanding of measurement concepts, solutions, and the statistical fundamentals that underpin the ads efficacy and measurement ecosystem. Ability to access, analyze, interpret, and communicate ads performance insights using a wide range of standard data science tools. Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses that generate actionable insights and recommendations. Proficiency in advanced analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, and SPSS. Strong understanding of the industry, key verticals, and brands, with the ability to apply measurement solutions and insights creatively to improve advertiser performance and strengthen Snapchat’s value proposition. Ability to communicate highly complex martech and measurement concepts to executive audiences. Strong grounding in applied
