Consistent with the Innovative Medicine compliance strategy, this position helps advance the evolution from a rules-based model to a principles-based, risk-informed approach that emphasizes accountability, sound judgment, and compliance by design. The Senior Manager partners cross-functionally (e.g., Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory/Ad Promo, Privacy, HR, Finance) to embed compliance early into strategy development and execution, enhance operational effectiveness of compliance processes, and support elements of the Health Care Compliance program across products and/or centers of excellence.   You will be responsible for: Serve as a proactive advisor to business leaders, delivering actionable, risk-based guidance and compliant options that support strategic objectives and execution timelines. Lead or support risk assessments, risk-tiered oversight, and monitoring activities; analyze data to identify trends, inform mitigation strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement of the compliance program. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate compliance by design into business processes, systems, and operating models, enabling efficiency, scalability, and appropriate control. Support the development and optimization of compliance processes, tools, and governance mechanisms, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose, user-centric, and aligned with the organization’s risk profile.
