This is pure product strategy: vision, direction, and strategic thinking that shapes digital experiences for a global enterprise AI leader. ServiceNow launches new products constantly and acquires strategic companies regularly. You write the strategy and requirements that guide how Product Marketing, UX, Engineering and M&A teams execute. You sit between product, marketing, and technology—translating strategic decisions into clear direction. You build organizational muscle around launch and integration discipline through frameworks and playbooks.
