KLE Coordinator, Senior The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to guide teams as they solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. On our team, you will facilitate the planning and execution of Key Leader Engagement (KLE) events that align with mission objectives, senior‑leader priorities, and broader operational strategies. You will coordinate engagement, information, and outreach activities across commands, staff elements, and strategic or operational partners to ensure synchronized messaging and effective relationship building. You will draft, edit, and manage essential KLE documentation, including correspondence, policy letters, memoranda, talking points, and engagement notes—maintaining accuracy, clarity, and consistency with command guidance. You will maintain and update mission, command, and CCMD‑level briefings to support senior‑leader engagements and ensure coherent, repeatable messaging across the organization. You will assist with staff visits, command engagements, and senior‑leader movements to support seamless execution of planned interactions. You will also prepare KLE briefings and supporting materials that meet strategic communication objectives and reflect the most current operational priorities. Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: Experience in public affairs, information operations, strategic communications, or combatant command (CCMD)‑level coordination Experience planning, coordinating, or executing Key Leader Engagements or senior‑level interaction events Experience drafting, editing, or managing official correspondence, policy letters, memoranda, talking points, or engagement notes Experience maintaining or preparing mission or command‑level briefings to support senior‑leader engagements Knowledge of strategic communication principles and engagement alignment within military or government environments Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and produce high‑quality documentation under time constraints TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience supporting senior-leader engagements or Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience supporting senior-leader engagements Nice If You Have: Experience at the CCMD or Military Service level Knowledge of cross‑functional coordination processes between mission‑enabling staff sections Knowledge of CCMD staff processes, organizational structures, and operational planning workflows Ability to coordinate across commands, components, interagency partners, and staff elements to support synchronized engagements Master’s degree in a related field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
