The HR Manager  is an important member of PSA Germany for executing HR operations, projects and initiatives with the US HR team across the company. This role will have the responsibility of execution of the HR initiatives at PSA with the HR Director. The HR Manager will be expected to have a good perspective of the business, execute talent acquisition, review compensation, run payroll, headcount reporting, and various people-focused metrics, implement benefits, manage employee relations, support people development and performance management processes across the organization. Leveraging influencing skills, this role will support talent processes for the Business working with the HR Director. The ideal candidate loves to build, thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change, moves quickly, and can demonstrate strong communication skills to deliver messages across all levels of the organization.
