Your ‘day to day’
As a Go to Market Manager at PMI, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our commercial strategy, ensuring the effective deployment of Go-to-Market (GTM) and Route-to-Market (RTM) models across product categories. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize commercial channels, drive business growth, and enhance consumer experience through innovative and effective market activation strategies.
• Lead the development and implementation of GTM and RTM strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and commercial objectives
• Define and optimize channel strategies, channel roles, and channel mix to enhance commercial performance and support omnichannel ambitions
• Drive commercialization plans across traditional and emerging channels while ensuring efficient allocation of trade investments and resources
• Manage and improve channel infrastructure, commercial prioritization, and execution capabilities to enhance market coverage and consumer reach
• Evaluate the performance of existing commercial programs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the development of new channel activation frameworks
• Identify and assess new commercial channels and route-to-market opportunities that support the growth of smoke-free products
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance
• Ensure all business activities are completed in line with PMI policies, marketing codes, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
