As a  Quality Steering  Specialist  at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. What awaits you?

Work environment – you work in a modern and well-equipped office environment at Plant Debrecen, with access to all tools and systems needed for efficient daily operations. Team environment – you become part of a motivated, supportive, and collaborative team of quality specialists working in a dynamic automotive production environment. Quality steering & customer protection – you are responsible for quality steering and for identifying quality-related topics (Q-topics) for specific vehicle components, ensuring customer protection in close collaboration with various departments across the plant. Cross-functional coordination – you act as the link between the plant and the broader process chain, introducing qualified quality topics into the control loops of product lines, driving their implementation, and confirming effectiveness after corrective measures have been applied. Collaboration & stakeholder management – you work closely with quality specialists across plant technologies and product lines, as well as with counterparts at other production sites, ensuring alignment and best practice sharing.

What should you bring along?

Educational background – you have a degree in technical discipline or a comparable qualification with relevant advanced training. Professional experience – you gained 2+ years of work experience in quality management and production, ideally within the automotive industry. Work schedule – you are willing to work on-site during regular business hours. Remote work may be considered based on alignment with your line manager. Industry knowledge – you obtain strong automotive product knowledge and experience within a vehicle development environment. Technical skills – you are confident with handling of MS Office; experienced with big data analysis and identifying quality patterns is considered an advantage. Additional expertise – if you have electrotechnical knowledge that is a plus. Language skills  –  you speak English fluently; Hungarian and German language skills are an advantage.
