Visit us at accenture.com.​ Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and bilingual Invoice Uploading Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring automated e-invoicing for failed uploads, manually uploading invoices to the portal, managing invoice uploads on third-party portals and onboarding new customers. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, as needed.

Automated E-invoicing Monitoring: Regularly monitor automated e-invoicing for failed uploads until successful uploads to ensure proper functioning and timely processing of invoices. Manual Invoice Uploading (Statutory): Manually upload invoices to the portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Third-party Invoice Upload (Electives): Access and navigate various third-party portals to upload invoices and necessary documentation. Validation: Validate that all invoice details, such as amounts, dates and customer information are accurate and consistent with company records. Documentation: Maintain organized records of all uploaded invoices. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to invoice uploads by coordinating with internal teams. Reporting: Generate regular reports on the status and progress of invoice uploads, highlighting any pending or problematic cases. Support: Assist with Collections-related tasks and month-end closing activities, as needed.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications. Microsoft Excel intermediate knowledge level is expected. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Attributes: Ability to work independently, handle confidential information with discretion, manage multiple tasks effectively, and adapt to different third-party portal systems.
