Infra Transformation Associate Director

The   Infra Transformation Associate Director   is responsible for defining and leading operations architecture to ensure alignment with business requirements, performance objectives, and enterprise technology strategy. This role drives infrastructure transformation initiatives across cloud and on-premise environments, with accountability for architecture, planning, migration, security, and implementation. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, infrastructure strategy, and operational planning, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions.

Define and oversee operations architecture aligned to business requirements and performance goals Lead infrastructure strategy, planning, and transformation initiatives across enterprise environments Drive cloud infrastructure assessment, planning, and architecture design activities Oversee migration planning and cloud migration programs to support business and technology transformation Ensure infrastructure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and operationally efficient Guide infrastructure build and transformation efforts across compute, storage, networking, and platform layers Promote the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation to improve consistency and delivery efficiency Support enterprise network operations and overall infrastructure modernization efforts Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with strategic priorities Ensure adherence to security, governance, and operational standards across infrastructure environments   Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience in infrastructure architecture, infrastructure transformation, or cloud operations leadership Strong expertise in infrastructure strategy, infrastructure planning, and operational architecture Experience with cloud infrastructure, cloud migration planning, and infrastructure assessment and planning Knowledge of cloud infrastructure architecture design, transformation, and build practices Experience with cloud infrastructure security and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Understanding of enterprise network operations and modern infrastructure delivery models Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills Ability to align technology architecture with business requirements and performance objectives Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
