As part of our Supply Chain & Operations practice, you will help organizations transform their procurement functions through the implementation and optimization of leading Source-to-Pay platforms, with a primary focus on SAP MM / SAP Ariba and Coupa. You will advise clients on procurement strategy, operating model design, digital procurement transformation, and technology implementation, while leading large-scale programs and managing cross-functional teams to deliver business value. Key Responsibilities · Understand client business priorities and procurement transformation objectives. · Lead SAP Ariba and/or Coupa implementation and optimization projects. · Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership and procurement executives. · Drive procurement transformation initiatives across S2P and P2P processes. · Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder management activities. · Coach project teams on process assessment, technology evaluation, roadmap development, and implementation. · Support business development, proposal creation, and sales pursuits. · Develop thought leadership, assets, and market-facing content related to digital procurement. Job Qualifications Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role: · Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Deep understanding of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contracts, and procurement operations. · Experience leading large-scale procurement technology implementations. · Hands-on implementation experience with SAP Ariba, SAP MM and/or Coupa modules is mandatory · Strong program and project management capabilities. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. · Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
