Sr Tech Lead HW

Design and review analogue and digital circuits, including signal conditioning, power regulation, ADC/DAC interfaces, and control logic. Develop hardware platforms based on microcontrollers and microprocessors. Design robust hardware suitable for industrial environments (EMI/EMC, isolation, grounding, protection). Hands-on experience designing systems using 32-bit microcontrollers from vendors such as STMicroelectronics, NXP, Texas Instruments, or equivalent. Experience with microprocessor-based designs, including processors such as i.MX8 and i.MX9 families or similar application processors. Good understanding of high-speed interfaces, such as Ethernet, USB, LVDS, high-speed memory, and display or camera interfaces (as applicable). Apply basic signal integrity and power integrity concepts during schematic and layout reviews. Lead PCB bring-up, debugging, and validation of microcontroller and microprocessor boards. Oversee prototype assembly, integration, and laboratory testing. Work closely with Firmware and Mechanical engineering teams, as well as test engineer(s), to ensure successful HW-SW integration and product delivery. Drive hardware updates, enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives for existing products. Create and maintain high-quality engineering documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
