SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant

Job Description & Summary The Opportunity     At PwC, we help clients make informed decisions, solve important problems, and build trust in society along the way.   We are   currently looking for   highly motivated colleague s   to join our   SAP   T eam.       As part of our SAP team, you will work closely with clients and project teams to deliver impactful SAP SuccessFactors   Talent Managemen t   solutions, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative services tailored to evolving business needs.

Actively   participate   in SAP SuccessFactors projects (implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities).    L ead   and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management workstreams, with a focus on Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Succession & Development (S&D).    Facilitate   client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.    Configure , test, and deploy PMGM and Succession & Development modules according to business and best practice requirements.    Advise   clients on Talent Management processes, including performance reviews, goal planning, calibration, talent assessment, succession planning, career development, and development planning.    Collaborate   with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning.    Support   data migration, testing activities, training delivery, and post-go-live stabilization.    Develop   strong relationships with clients, bringing leading practices and challenging existing approaches to ensure the best solution is delivered.    Provide   consultancy on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, new releases, and Talent Management innovations.    Mentor   junior consultants and contribute to the growth and development of the SAP HXM practice.    Support   business development activities, including proposal preparation, demos, and client presentations.    Strong   organizational and planning skills.    Ability   to adapt to a dynamic and demanding environment.     What we need from you:   4 + years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.    Proven   hands-on experience in Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Succession & Development implementations.    Participation   in at least 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a functional consultant.    Strong   understanding of end-to-end Talent Management processes and best practices.    Experience   in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.    SAP   SuccessFactors PMGM and/or Succession & Development certification is considered a strong advantage.    Experience   with Employee Central integration is a plus.    Strong   analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.    Ability   to manage client expectations and work independently.    Travel   availability.    Fluent   English; German is considered a plus.     We Offer:     Opportunities to impact :   Dive into diverse projects and seize international assignments that let you shape the future.     Mentoring : Thrive in a supportive culture with regular feedback, personalized training programs, and clear career development paths.     Work-life balance :   Enjoy our hybrid working policy, flexible hours, extra days off at Christmas, and full compensation for every extra minute you work.      Extra  perks :   Indulge in office massages, medical center membership, and exclusive discounts with partner companies .     We are committed to building a diverse and welcoming/ safe environment, so  we’re  excited to receive applications from people of all cultures and backgrounds.       We appreciate the interest shown by all  candidates .
