Job Description Responsibilities: Attend and facilitate client and business unit meetings, ensuring efficient data collection and analysis to support decision-making. Build and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to track team performance, analyze data, and present insights to senior client and G stakeholders. Collaborate with Ops Team Leads and team members, clearly communicating issues and providing precise updates. Guide analysts in developing basic operations skills with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Utilize advanced MS Excel skills, including working with large data sets, pivot tables, and basic macros, to support operational tasks. Document and standardize business processes, screen flows, and business rules, ensuring consistency and clarity across operations. Produce and distribute meeting minutes, and create training materials to support the development and delivery of training programs.
