Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Consultant to provide strategic guidance, solution design, and implementation oversight for projects involving stablecoin/tokenization issuance, crypto trading platforms, and cross-chain interoperability. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable. Key Responsibilities

Assess client requirements and define blockchain adoption strategy for stablecoins and trading use cases. Recommend protocols, platforms, and interoperability frameworks aligned with business goals.

Create reference architectures for stablecoin lifecycle (issuance, redemption, reserves) and trading systems (CEX/DEX integration). Define custody models, wallet strategies (MPC/HSM), and compliance workflows (KYC/AML, Travel Rule).

Risk & Compliance   Implementation Oversight:

Guide development teams on smart contract best practices, security audits, and performance optimization. Evaluate vendors for oracles, custody, and interoperability solutions.
