Collins Aerospace is actively seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls. This position contributes to a team of intermediate to experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professionals, meeting objectives and working with team members on financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts. Responsible for preparation of forecasts and performance of financial modeling to develop recommendations for management. This position will be working onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA.
What You Will Do
Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on large/challenging development programs. Develop program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing information to Project Leadership Team for corrective action implementation. Preparation and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and complete financial support to assigned program teams.
