High energy, good judgment, and the ability to balance long-term planning with operational follow-through in a matrixed global organization. 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, channel management, or partner management in technology markets, including meaningful experience with distribution-led go-to-market models. Proven success managing distributors and indirect channel performance, including business planning, partner accountability, pipeline management, and driving customer engagement. Experience collaborating within multi-tier channels alongside ecosystem partners such as OEMs, ISVs, solution providers, integrators, regional technology partners, or comparable indirect routes to market. Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to interpret partner data, recognize trends, and transform insights into actions. Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior collaborators across partner organizations and internal matrixed teams.
