As a Development Program Manager Senior within PNC's Learning and Talent Development organization, you will be based in Downers Grove or Chicago IL, Pittsburgh or Philadelphia PA; Birmingham, AL; Cleveland, OH The Development Program Manager designs, implements, and manages early-career development programs that build broad, transferable skills aligned with organizational talent and business objectives. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and program stakeholders to align rotations, placements, and learning experiences with current and future workforce needs. Key Responsibilities: · Design and manage early-career development programs and rotational experiences. · Partner with business leaders and HR to align program outcomes with workforce strategy and talent needs. · Coordinate participant rotations, assignments, and placements across the organization. · Provide coaching and developmental support to participants and managers. · Facilitate performance discussions, career planning, and readiness assessments. · Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve participant outcomes. · Support talent pipeline development and long-term workforce planning initiatives. Job Description
In partnership with Talent Program Managers, leads the delivery of one or more early career line of business development program of moderate complexity and scope. in order to cultivate a talent pipeline that will meet long-term talent and business objectives. This may include managing a team in the support of staff development, career planning, strategies and initiatives. Manages, designs and implements development program solutions that meet complex, evolving business objectives and staffing needs. Directly supports in-program analysts and their managers throughout the talent life cycle. Manages and facilitates effective relationships among the HR function, the management team, business units and other internal partners. Partners with senior business leaders, including segment/functional leaders, learning & development partners and recruiting partners to mature and maintain development program outcomes. Supports or may lead the annual budget planning process for assigned programs, and supports new strategic talent initiatives/pilots including program launches as assigned.
