The Project Manager II is responsible for leading and overseeing all phases of designated information technology projects and initiatives to maximize the organization’s investment and to ensure that time, budget and project scope targets are achieved. Competencies Required: · Strong leadership, facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and achieve results through the efforts of others. · Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics. · Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, system development and testing techniques, marketing and communication strategies, and banking operations, systems and regulatory guidelines. · Demonstrates an Agile mindset and understands the foundations of Agile. · Demonstrated experience with SAFe scaled Agile Framework or Scrum Org Framework. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) with basic technical knowledge of SQL server data structures, Windows, and .Net framework. · Exceptional organizational, process and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines. · Strategic and problem solving mindset with
