The opportunity As a Paralegal with EY Law LLP, you will provide our clients with quality service. Our team provides corporate and partnership law advisory services, including corporate re-organizations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, transfer pricing, drafting commercial contracts and drafting employment policies and procedures. This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization. Skills and attributes for success
Assist lawyers with corporate transactions, including incorporations, reorganisations, amalgamations, and dissolutions Support due diligence processes by gathering, organising, and reviewing documentation Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents such as resolutions, agreements, and filings Prepare and maintain corporate minute books, registers, and governance records Prepare and file annual returns and other required corporate filings (e.g., Articles, amendments, extra-provincial registrations) Conduct research on corporate law statutes, regulations, and procedures Draft legal documents and correspondence under the supervision of lawyers Communicate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate requests
To qualify for the role
Diploma or certificate in Paralegal Studies, Law Clerk programme, or equivalent legal training 3+ years of experience in a corporate law paralegal Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment. Able to multi-task and manage a variety of concurrent projects. Proficient in the use of MS products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Co-Pilot Experience with iManage preferred

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
