What You’ll Do Platform Evolution: Continuously develop and optimize the ACI PaaS layer to provide secure and resilient compute and storage capabilities for developers. Kubernetes Management: Own the operation and scaling of 12,000+ namespaces across 150+ clusters of GKE-based IaaS/PaaS layers and on-prem Kubernetes clusters. Developer Velocity: Build and maintain rapid deployment pipelines and abstracted storage layers to accelerate autonomous software delivery. Traffic Engineering: Direct authoritative DNS zones and records to optimize traffic for distributed development workloads. Capacity Planning: Own the full capacity lifecycle for cloud resources, including planning, provisioning, and utilization tracking. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) Required: Expert-level experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred) and container orchestration at scale. Required: Proven track record building \"Platform as a Product\" for large-scale engineering organizations. Required: Deep understanding of cloud-native storage, service meshes (Istio), and traffic engineering. Required: Proven leadership experience at the Manager or Principal-level scope. Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington. The salary range for this role: is $233,000 to $300,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
