What you’ll do: LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT Lead and develop a high‑performing, inclusive Program Management team by driving talent growth, performance excellence, leadership development, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. STRATEGIC PROGRAM GOVERNANCE • Own the portfolio-level roadmap for cybersecurity program initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and business priorities. • Establish, standardize, and enforce program management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across the team. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & PERFORMANCE • Oversee and optimize resource allocation, workload balancing, and capacity planning across multiple concurrent programs and initiatives. • Champion operational efficiency through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, providing visibility into program health, team performance, and delivery metrics. RISK MANAGEMENT • Provide technical, functional leadership & operational ownership of the Product Cybersecurity Risk Management practices across the Eaton Product portfolio. • Develop, deploy & maintain a Risk management framework including maintaining visibility into the Eaton level Product Cybersecurity Risk posture and drive the mitigation of Cybersecurity Risks in the most cost-effective manner. TECHNICAL & COMPLIANCE LEADERSHIP • Ensure all programs maintain compliance with Eaton Cybersecurity Standards, drive Industry certifications of select programs (e.g., IEC 62443, UL 2900) and support evolving comliance to regulatory requirements. • Partner with technical teams to align workflow tools, technologies, and platforms with product cybersecurity goals. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with division leaders, engineering teams, and global stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution (Required). • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical field. Skills: • Minimum 12-15 years of progressive work experience in program/project management or related fields. • At least 7+ years in leadership roles managing major programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. • At least 5+ years in leadership roles managing Security Governance, Risk & Program management operations. • Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs on time and within budget. • Deep experience in cybersecurity, new product development (NPD), or SW Engineering operations. • Has experience in Enterprise Risk Management and driving Risk Management Frameworks. • Experience in Risk Exception Management - including Vulnerability and Control Deficiency Analysis (e.g., root cause analysis), Risk Scenario Development, Risk Analysis Methodologies, Business Impact Analysis, Inherent and Residual Risk, Risk Treatment / Risk Response Options. • Solid understanding of software and firmware development lifecycles and operations. • Experience with portfolio management and enterprise program governance frameworks. • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and certifications (IEC 62443, UL 2900, ISO 27001). • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid program management methodologies. • Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams. • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority. • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and governance
