SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Work you'll do As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the SAP business transformation services team, you will be responsible for: Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles Migrate employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects Migrate asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to help ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Required : Bachelor’s degree Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management activities 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA 3+ years experience in one of the following areas: Migrating employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects Migrating asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
