What are we looking for? • University degree or equivalent qualification. • Relevant experience in capital markets and the investment banking domain. • Strong understanding of SLA, KPI and KRI governance, measurement and reporting. • Experience working in management reporting, governance or analytics-oriented teams. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply prior experience effectively in a dynamic work environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership of new or changing requirements. • High level of accuracy, discipline and professional work ethic. • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. • Flexibility to support non-standard working hours and business requirements during Indian holidays, where necessary. • Willingness to take on ad hoc responsibilities and contribute as a collaborative team player.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead internal and client reporting across daily, weekly and monthly governance cycles. • Drive timely, accurate and validated operational data submissions. • Prepare governance packs and client review materials with clear, decision-focused insights. • Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, reliable and audit-ready. • Act as a central coordination point across stakeholders, operations teams and management. • Strengthen stakeholder engagement to support transparent governance and issue resolution. • Monitor and report KPI, KRI and SLA performance at agreed intervals. • Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities through performance analysis. • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy and scalability. • Maintain robust KPI/SLA definitions and calculation standards. • Provide responsive support for ad hoc governance and reporting requests.
